New (never used, but altered), Pronovias Custom Wedding Gown (original size 12, altered size 6-8). Tulle fit-and-flare/mermaid dress, sweetheart neckline, lace/guipure motifs embellish body.
Custom gown/veil: new/never used. The detachable hip-cape train, however, has already been sold separately! My fiancé called off our wedding and I won’t be wearing this phenomenal dress.
Many of these photos were taken by my photographer at my final fitting for alterations a few weeks ago. The sizing information is below:
Wedding Gown-
Altered/completed Size: 6/8
My Height: 5’10” (the finished hemline is perfect for a 3” heel)
My Bust: 32C (with or without bra support)
My Hip: custom to fit size 8 hip
My Weight at final fitting: 148 lbs (hopefully this helps?)
Dress Color: shades of Ivory/champagne (one layer of the lining under the lace can be removed easily if you prefer an ivory gown).
Style: fit/flare, similar to mermaid but not quite as form-fitting, hand-sewn lace motifs, and small lace train.
Material: layers of lace, hand-sewn motifs, custom boning throughout the bodice, no sequins or beading.
Closures: bodice bra-like enclosure, hook and eye, full-length zipper, added custom fabric buttons.
Bustle/train: customized to button seamlessly to the back of the dress, becomes the length of the front when the train is up. There are multiple buttons, making a fuller, more even skirt when pinned up (rather than just one right below the zipper near the bum).
