New with tag; wedding cancelled. Had 4 gold/diamond buttons added to back for the bustle.  I believe a slight pinch was taken in at waist.  Will also send you the matching veil. Beautiful dress has been hanging in my closet, in bag, since Dec. 2016.  You will not be disappointed.  My daughter is 5' 7" and was going to wear a 4 inch heel and length was perfect; there have been no alterations to hem.
